Message: Howevalley-Vertrees Day is September 13-14 with all activities held at Howevalley Elem. School. Friday Night the pageants begin at 7:00pm in the Gym. They are as follows: 4-6 year old Little Miss and Master, 7-9 year old Prince and Princess, 10-12 year old Preteen, 13-15 year old Jr. Miss, 16-21 Miss Howevalley. Signups for Pageants will be held Thursday, from 5:30-8:00pm at the Howevalley-Vertrees Community club.It's a $10 registration fee for 0-3, $15 registration fee for ages 4-21. Cash is the preferred method of payment. POC Sara Holbert 270-234-4668. Begining at 7:00 pm is the Co-ed Cornhole Tournament. Itís a $20 Registration Fee. POC Trevor Mather 268-6229. The Parade starts at 11:00am (Line up 10:00am at Howevalley United Methodist Church). POC Donnie Goodman 862-3667 The Baby Contest will immediately follow the Parade in the school gym. Games begin at 1:00pm. 1st Place $300, 2nd Place $150, 3rd Place $50 POC Trevor Mather 268-6229 The Car Show Signups start at 12pm-1pm $15 Entry Fee. Trophies awarded 2:00pm-3:00pm.
