Message: COLLISION COURSE Created and Presented by: Steven & Angela Townsend Elizabethtown Community & Technical College RPC Building Room 142 Tuesday evenings 08/24/2010 - 09/07/2010 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Cost: $49.00 Collision Course is a six-hour, three-night class developed to convey a greater understanding of the responsibilities of being a safe driver. This classroom instruction will familiarize students with the four types of collisions and with the sequence of events that occur during a crash. It will also share "what to expect" from emergency responders who arrive on the scene. Discussions will include the proper use of vehicle safety devices and the negative effects of driver distractions. The class is for anyone of driving age. Crash photos taken in Hardin County are used to illustrate the consequences of unsafe driving practices. Some photos in this course are graphic. Viewer discretion is advised.
